The way to do it is to wrap the axle with enough PTFE tape so that you can't turn the axle with your fingers,
once it's in place and centered it rarely moves just by opening and closing.

Or use locktight, let it dry, crack the axle open with an hexkey and then tune it the same way when its stiff
(this way works better^^)

When I screw the yoyo together after I put the tape on, The tape always seems to just slide ip the axel instead of going into the threads of the yoyo. The axel still goes in but the tape usualy endes up in the middle of the axel

make sure you wrap the tape around so it doesnt unwind when you put it in.

Did this on my old school Dif(no bearing seat). Got almost all the vibe out. Mods, please sticky this.

you're using too much tape.

It will work with most yoyos
(centering the axle that is...)
There's never a guarantee it will get rid of the vibe though

But it might do :)

I don't have sizes labeled on my hex wrenches but normally if a place/person has one they have a handful, so just try them out til you find one that fits. I bought a key-ring type collection that has like 15 sizes on it, works like a charm.
