Learning String Tricks
« on: August 28, 2012, 03:56:26 PM »
I have just gotten back into yoyoing for the first time since I was 10. Things have changed. I have interest in learning some string tricks and things of that sort.

I went out and bought a duncan metal drifter just because it was affordable. A friend of mine bought a yomega ooch. After using his ooch I loved it.

The reason I am making this post is I am looking for a yoyo preferably plastic, that I can use to learn string tricks with.

I would rather not spend an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?

YYJ Kickside or Journey or Lyn Fury, YYF Velocity or ONE. Those should all be under $20 and plenty good for learning.
"Can you do the Eiffel Tower?"
"Hmm... you mean this trick? (does it)"
"Yeah, that one! That's so co-"
"Nope, I can't. Sorry."
