For every deal that happens, there's 20 behind it that fall through.
It's probably some aluminum/unicorn horn alloy.

Thank you!  Although it looks simple, this particular yoyo might be one of the hardest ano jobs I've done (along with the Captain America Chiefs).  If you look closely, you'll see that each space invader is actually made up of several individual stencils.  The little square 'pixels' are extremely small and had to be applied one at a time and lined up perfectly.  Since this was done on a solid black background, there is no margin for error.

Oh, in other news...  I finally created a LoadedYoYos facebook page.  Although I'll still be updating here, I'm going to be moving more of my updates over to Facebook.  It'll be easier for people to follow and participate.  Check out the new page here!

Been a long time since I've updated here.  I have been doing more regular updates on the Loaded YoYos Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/loadedyoyos) so if you'd like to keep up to date on my work, I'd recommend you like the page.  :)  Also, it's the best way to keep up on cool anodized throws that I have for sale.

In other news, I have been spending more time figuring out how to nail swirl ano.  I requested some raw tester yoyos from people to practice swirls on... here's what I have managed to come up with so far.  Although not quite perfect, it's getting pretty close!

Blue Swirl Recrev something or other, can't remember the yoyo model...  (Way too many yoyos out nowadays)

Fire Swirl YYF Skyline

Blue Swirl Entheos

Pink and Black swirl Jirorian

I'm generally able to get somewhat uniform coverage around the whole yoyo with minimal breaks in the ano pattern.  It's taken a *ton* of experimentation and cost to get this far, but I'm finally seeing some fruit.  I have a few more tester yoyos left, so stay tuned for more in the next week.

Alex, I'm afraid those yoyos are no longer contained in the spacetime continuum. Such extreme densities of awesome cannot exist without collapsing into Jirorian-shaped black holes of unbelievably cool proportions.

"Can you do the Eiffel Tower?"
"Hmm... you mean this trick? (does it)"
"Yeah, that one! That's so co-"
"Nope, I can't. Sorry."
